A good principle when interpreting the Bible.

The Bible consist of many writings in both the Old and New Testaments. God preserved all of them in the Bible and so to rightly understand the Bible one ought to take both Testaments in context of each other to rightly understand the Bible in its entirety or else one is not rightly understanding the Bible to then believe or not to believe.

If you accept or reject the Bible be sure it is a steel Bible and not a straw Bible that you are rejecting. One ought to read from beginning to end to understand the whole Bible in context of itself and thus the main character Jesus Christ!

The New Testament should be read in light of the Old Testament and vice a versa to properly understand the Bible which consists of both.

Now you don’t have to believe it but be sure you are understanding what you are disbelieving before you disbelieve it and please please do not spread a misrepresentation of the Bible to then misguide others by.

“But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” – Matthew 15:13-14

“Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come! It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.” – Luke 17:1-2

“Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire. Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.” – Matthew 18:7-11

Well He came for you!

Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.” – Matthew 18:3-5

“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” – Luke 21:33 30ish AD Jesus.

SO WHEN IN DOUBT ON ANYTHING IN THE BIBLE ONE THING YOU CAN ALWAYS DO AS A BELIEVER IS TRUST JESUS AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO SO ALSO!
