Well, do you?

Either Jesus is your ultimate authority or something else is? You will either review the Scriptures thru the eyes of Jesus or thru other eyes that are more authoritative in your eyes then Jesus.

You can’t serve two ultimate authorities! Either Jesus is or he is not your ultimate authority. An ultimate authority is an ultimate authority. Either you have modern day man 2000 years removed from Jesus as your ultimate authority as to your understanding of Scripture both Old and New Testaments or you have Jesus.

“He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.” – Matthew 12:30

“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” – Mark 13:31
