God holds us responsible to nobody else’s understanding of His Word but Jesus’s!

“I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.” – Deuteronomy 18:18-19

“Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.” – John 1:45-46

Never forget that it was followers of Jesus with their Bible of both testaments that brought the Old Testament Scriptures to the world!

The Old Testament should be understood in light/bias of the New Testament to have a Biblical understanding of the Old Testament!

“Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.” – Luke 24:25-27
