Jesus doesn’t save…

“…every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” Romans 14:12

“…it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” – Hebrews 9:27

“But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.” – Jesus Matthew 12:36

“for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” – Romans 3:23

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” – Matthew 1:21

“This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.” – 1 Timothy 1:15-1

Don’t turn Jesus down. Don’t walk on by that cross indifferent. Do you spit, do you mock, do you weep, do you believe and repent! Do you ask for forgiveness! Do you ask Jesus to remember you!

Who are you in the gospel account? Read the gospel of John and find out. After all, the gospel of John was specifically written with purpose in mind: “these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.”

“Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.”

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

“Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away.”
