So in 2 years, the peered reviewed scientific literature dating of these hand prints went from about 200,000 years old to 1300 years old! By the way, this newer date would fit nicely in a Biblical framework of human death being the result of sin and the ages of the people in Genesis are successive etc etc etc. I understand there are different interpretations…

I would just like to note the words “For more than a decade…”. Does this mean that say 2 decades ago these problems using this dating method was not known? MAKES ME WONDER WHAT ELSE IS NOT KNOWN TO US TODAY CONCERNING THESE DATING METHODS THAT WE RELY UPON.

P.S.-I like Matthew Henry’s commentary on the willingly ignorant in verse 5 above in Peter’s passage: “they do not know because they do not care to know”. Probably, because they are to busy scoffing and walking after their own lusts as noted in vs 3. P.S. #2- God is in control of it all and God calls us to speak the truth in love! I ranted a bit but I believe it was for concern for the truth and where alot of Satanism (Biblically understood Satanism) comes from and needs to be exposed so others don’t blindly head to college thinking they are getting an unbiased neutral education.
