The telescope observed about 40 pairs in a fabulously detailed new survey of the famous Orion Nebula.

They’ve been nicknamed Jupiter Mass Binary Objects, or “JuMBOs” for short…

There is so much to peruse and probe in the full-sized survey image which is 21,000 by 14,500 pixels. But it is the JuMBOs that have caught the immediate attention of astronomers.

“My reactions ranged from: ‘Whaaat?!?’ to ‘Are you sure?” to ‘That’s just so weird!’ to ‘How could binaries be ejected together?'” recalled Dr Heidi Hammel who was not on the survey team.

She said there were no models of planetary system formation that predicted the ejection of binary pairs of planets.

“But… maybe all star formation regions host these double-Jupiters (and maybe even double-Neptunes and double Earths!), and we just haven’t had a telescope powerful enough to see them before,” the multidisciplinary scientist on JWST told BBC News.”

As a believer in our Biblical Creator I conclude a number of things!

1) Animals are far from human. Like really far! There is no animal on earth that can even come close to human ingenuity/intelligence. The only beings on planet earth that have the intelligence to make a James Webb Space Telescope are those who are created in the image of God Himself. We far and by far exceed and image God like no other creature on earth. These findings are quite consistent with Genesis 1.

2) The more we observe the Creator’s universe, the more we are in awe and baffled. Man makes his theories unlike the animal kingdom, and then we revise and revise and revise and revise. It’s like a Mandelbrot set.

The more we look into the universe, the more we know that we need to discover more, and thus science moves on and on and on and on. This is the history of science thus far. We think we will get to the beleived end, and then we find out there is much more science needed to understand to get to the believed end. We have no reason to believe scientifically that we will ever get to the end. The history of science would prove otherwise.

Which is consistent with:

7“Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, And treadeth upon the waves of the sea. Which maketh Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, And the chambers of the south. Which doeth great things past finding out; Yea, and wonders without number.” – Job 9:8‭-‬10

“He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.” – Ecclesiastes 3:11

Notice the mention of Orion in Job (one of the oldest books in the Bible) and note that the above observation from the James Webb Space Telescope is out of this same constellation. Yes, indeed, the observational science from one of the pinnacles of those created in His image in the James Webb Space Telescope has shown that His wonders and works continue to be “without number”.

‭‭”The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, And night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, Where their voice is not heard.” – Psalm 19:1-3

You will either worship and give glory to the Creator for His creation, or you will replace the Creator with chance/naturalism/nothing which according to a naturalistic world view proceeds from the mind of men and so the end of Romans would apply:

‭‭”[22] Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, [23] And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to CORRUPTIBLE MAN, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. [24] Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: [25] who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. [26] For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: [27] and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. [28] And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; [29] being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, [30] backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, [31] without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: [32] who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” – Romans 1:22-32

He who has ears to hear let him hear. May God use His Word and His creation from this day forward in somebody’s mind to crack open for a slither of light into the darkness!

‭”[1] This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: [2] THAT YE MAY BE MINDFUL of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: [3] knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, [4] and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. [5] For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: [6] whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: [7] but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. [8] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. [9] THE LORD IS NOT SLACK CONCERNING HIS PROMISE, AS SOME MEN COUNT SLACKNESS; BUT IS LONGSUFFERING TO US-WARD, NOT WILLING THAT ANY SHOULD PERISH, BUT THAT ALL SHOULD COME TO REPENTANCE.” – 2 Peter 3:1-9

‭‭”But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” – James 4:6

Be humble and stop your pride in its tracks before it leads you to your greatest fall and demise against your Creator, and you become a stumbling block unto others, causing others to fall from grace and turn against their Creator.

A warning to the world (which includes you and I) from Jesus:

‭‭”[7]  Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! [8] Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. [9] And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.” – Matthew 18:7-9

A universe with no judgment day is an unjust universe and so should be appalling and offensive to any morally minded individual. Atheism provides no justice to say the estimated 50 million baby girls in China who died by infanticide (https://1love1god.com/2024/02/09/details-on-chinas-one-child-policy-and-biblical-comments/)!

Atheism believes there will be no judgment day (Mind you this is but a faith as much as one who believes there will be a judgment day) and thus there will be no justice and I would argue that if atheism were true there really is no morality and free will (you just don’t get those things from big bangs and chance and naturalism and definitely not without faith in some theory that will forever be open to scrutiny upon further scientific observations thus forever remaining in the realm of a faith). Belief in the Creator as revealed in the Bible there will be justice:

‭”But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.” – Jesus from Matthew 12:36

This only makes sense to the morally, just, and consistently minded individual. But I would argue that only a just, omnipotent, all powerful, holy and loving etc etc etc (all things that describe God in the Scriptures) being is able to provide for such satisfactory justice.

But we have all sinned! Dohhh… this means (if we are honest) we might be in trouble for all our thousands and, if not millions of sins, against our amazing holy amd just Creator.

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: FOR HE SHALL SAVE HIS PEOPLE FROM THEIR SINS.” – Matthew 1:21

Now, I will just stop here and encourage the reader to get into one of the gospels (maybe the Gospel of John) and read how the Biblical Savior saves His people! Feel free to compare His salvation with the others. Here is a wonderful book to do that with:

Slow at first, but only gets more interesting as you read, and I am almost finished with it now learning of Islam!

Trusting in the Holy Spirit, I believe you will see that Jesus shines far and above all the rest, and these are just some of many reasons why I trust Jesus for my salvation. Some reasons will never be enough for My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as there are too many to discuss in one post, and so that is one reason for checking out more than just this post on this website and more to come.
