Jeremiah 26!

After reading Jeremiah 26, is it any wonder that some thought Jesus and the Old Covenant prophet who foretold the New Covenant were quite similar? Jeremiah, under the Old Covenant, foreshadows, predicts, and points to Jesus and the New Covenant.  “When Jesus came into the coasts of Cæsarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.” – Matthew 16:13,14 Old Covenant/Testament New Covenant/Testament = Same God of both The light … Continue reading Jeremiah 26!

Truth is immoveable

Quote in the picture is from Clement of Alexandria, a Christian writer of the late 2nd century. Only the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John have stood the test of time—cross‑culturally received and believed—and have carried the message of sacrifice foretold by the prophet Isaiah (see Isaiah 40:8; 42:1–12; 49:1–6; 52:13–15; and Isaiah 53).  By contrast, the so‑called gnostic gospels fail to meet these prophetic standards. The difference is overwhelming—it’s not even close.  Therefore, it is clear and easy to recognize which writings are the true Gospels. Continue reading Truth is immoveable

67 days after Kirk death with 67 overflow sites

Here are just a few highlights from last night’s event—exactly 67 days after the tragic death of Charlie Kirk at UVU. An outreach event was planned and executed in a record-breaking 6 weeks (6 periods of 7 days!) by Harvest Christian Fellowship. They had 67 overflow sites! During the night, the preacher shared about a lonely moment in his life when he was about 7 or 6 years old. Phil Wickham started off the worship and sang 6 or 7 songs total it depends if you count two shortened version songs into one or not 😆 (a must-watch set if … Continue reading 67 days after Kirk death with 67 overflow sites

In the blink of an eye

“I called upon thy name, O Lord, out of the low dungeon. Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry. Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not. (Lamentations 3:55–57) “And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; And while they are yet speaking, I will hear.” (Isaiah 65:24) “For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day … Continue reading In the blink of an eye

Be good…

Anything less would be an idol of an ungodly mind… “And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.” – Matthew 10:17-18 There is no such thing as a good person in Christian thought as all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (the only really good one according to Jesus). So, no one gets … Continue reading Be good…

For all who hate us

“POV: You’re out here hating on us, but we’re still praying for you . Not because we’re petty, but because we want you to catch the same vibe we did—repent, glow up spiritually, and stop dragging the name of the One who’s been doing miracles, dropping wisdom, and fulfilling prophecies like it’s His full-time job. Jesus? He’s flawless. No notes. So when He comes back (and yes, it’s giving second coming ), you wanna be on the guest list—not the burn list. Choose eternal life, bestie.” – Justin in Tik Tok core via copilot Here is the paragraph translated into … Continue reading For all who hate us

Where are the doubting Greeks now?

One wore the crown of the greatest act of love from God to mankind! “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” – Jesus John 15:13 “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” – 1 Corinthians 1:18 “For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: but we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; but unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, … Continue reading Where are the doubting Greeks now?

STANDFAST

“Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. Let all your things be done with charity.” – 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 “The works of his hands are verity and judgment;  All his commandments are sure. They stand fast for ever and ever,  And are done in truth and uprightness.” – Psalm 111:7-8 “My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, And my covenant shall stand fast with him.” – Psalm 89:28 “Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I … Continue reading STANDFAST
