According to thy ways

“Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, write thee the name of the day, even of this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day. And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Set on a pot, set it on, and also pour water into it: Gather the pieces thereof into it, even every good piece, the thigh, and the shoulder; fill it with the … Continue reading According to thy ways

Be the wheat

“Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou … Continue reading Be the wheat

Don’t make time for it

Don’t make time in your life for hate. Follow the school of Christ and trust your Lord and Savior and do what He did and what the “wheat” of Christianity have been doing for 2000 years and running. Easier said than done but by His Spirit it can be done. We got 2000 years of the “tares” and the “wheat”. Let’s be the “wheat” that have changed … Continue reading Don’t make time for it

I know the things that come into your mind

“Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD’s house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people. Then said he unto me, Son of man, THESE ARE THE MEN that devise mischief, AND GIVE WICKED COUNSEL IN THIS CITY: which say, It is not near: let us build houses: this city is the caldron, and we be the flesh. Therefore PROPHESY AGAINST THEM, prophesy, O son … Continue reading I know the things that come into your mind

The Unglorious Result

After reading chapter one of Ezekiel and making some cross references in my personal bible study notes in Acts 7:56, Matthew 17:9 and 2 Peter 1:16-21. I couldn’t help but to raise both of my hands and arms unto Jesus my amazing Savior! After some mind blowing contemplation I thought I would GROK Ezekiel 1:26-28 and edited it a bit for fun. This is the most unglorious result. “And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness … Continue reading The Unglorious Result

Via wikipedia: “There is a general consensus that Philippians consists of authentically Pauline material, and that the epistle is a composite of multiple letter fragments from Paul to the church in Philippi. These letters could have been written from Ephesus in 52–55 AD or Caesarea Maritima in 57–59, but the most likely city of provenance is Rome, around 62 AD, or about 10 years after Paul’s first visit to Philippi.” “Regardless of the literary unity of the letter, scholars agree that the material that was compiled into the Epistle to the Philippians was originally composed in Koine Greek, sometime during … Continue reading

“And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.” – Isaiah 49:6 “When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? God forbid…

“But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” – Paul 50-60 AD Galatians 6:14 The Bible and the majority of Scholars don’t always agree but it appears on the book of Galatians and 6 other Pauline Epistles they are in absolute agreement as far as being written by Paul and very very early on! “A majority of scholars agree that Galatians was written between the late 40s and early 50s, although some date the original composition to c. 50–60…..the … Continue reading God forbid…

For the Faith of the Gospel

“Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel, and not in any way terrified by your adversaries, which is to them a proof of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that from God. For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake, having the same conflict … Continue reading For the Faith of the Gospel

The God of Valentinus is Dead

Another gnostic god that bit the dust! There is a reason why the gods of Egypt, Babylon, Assyria, Sumeria, Akkadia, Greece, Rome, Marcion, Valentinus etc etc etc are dead and that Yahweh is still thriving in the name of Jesus as the God of Abraham continues to fulfill the age old prophecies: “When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” Then Abram fell on his face, and God … Continue reading The God of Valentinus is Dead
