Things that Jesus said that got Him in trouble with the unbelieving pharisees and non believers of His day seem to be the same things that get His followers in trouble today. Lol…

Foundationally, nothing has changed. We are either for or against Jesus. We are either gathering or scattering. There will be those who oppose Jesus for who He claimed to be and there will be those who are clinging to His words for dear eternal life though all the world condemns them!

“From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.” – John 6:66‭-‬68

“He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.” – Jesus Luke 11:23

And nothing between then and now has changed.

If you see yourself scattering from Jesus then stop (check your why’s) and start gathering by taking the first step of believing! Have a little faith in Jesus for once or if your getting back to your faith in Jesus then get back to it! Remember, the faith of a mustard seed!

“and brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” – Acts 16:30‭-‬31

We all want people to have at least a little faith in us and believe in each other right? But when it comes to Jesus we don’t seem to give Him the same benefit. Why not?
