Before you think it has all been settled. I can’t really see anything that has been solidified to really see any contradictions between Quantum Physics and the Bible. One doesn’t seem to contradict the other but rather cause us to stand in awe.
I was told certain things about Quantum Physics so emphatically and then I found this information out that I found was interesting to share on my journey to understanding more accurately this subject. It seems that there are various interpretations about what is actually going on in Quantum Physics and it is still being worked out and far from it.
Just the first 5 minutes of the first video should be enough (although Mr Ball does propose yet another interpretation, if you have the patience, to Pilate Wave, Copenhagen and the Many Worlds, and keep in mind that others including Penrose at Cambridge are also working on interpretations/theories).
The other videos are short enough and may God bless you all. Oh do get to the revealed problem with Quantum Physics that has been known for 50 plus years if I remember right in the last video.
All of them put together should get you up to speed sort of speak….lol.
Based on Scripture I believe that God knows with certainty the precise location, speed, momentum, location etc etc etc of any particle in His universe at every and any given moment past, present, and/or future. For God, there is no measurement problem. This is just God being God if He is God at at all, being omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent, infinite, etc etc and it is our job to discover, measure, interpret, and stand in mind boggling awe, not His!
And if this God is, then I believe this has a bearing on the debate in one direction over the other but I could be wrong but I could be right. I am but a layman and either way am in awe of these features of His universe that we are attempting to understand and learn more about!
“by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.” – Speaking of Jesus from Holy Writ out of Colossians 1:16-17
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made…..And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” – John 1:1-3,14
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” – Hebrews 11:3
“My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early. I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations. For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds. Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: let thy glory be above all the earth.” – Psalms 57:7-11
“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” – Revelation 4:11
And ours too as God has given us a scientific mandate in Genesis 1:26-28. Science is in our created bones!
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” – Genesis 1:26-28
And it seems we will have enough to discover, categorize, interpret, utilize for the good of man for all our lifetimes and then some.
“Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.” – Job 9:10
“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.” – Ecclesiastes 3:11
